Guide

How Meridian works.

Three steps to a working booking page, and what happens after someone books.

01 · Set your hours

Right on the Meridian home page, turn on the days you're open and set a start and end time for each. Pick a meeting length (like 30 minutes) and a buffer so back-to-back bookings always leave breathing room.

02 · Share your link

Your dashboard shows one link — meridianbyfairleads.io/book.html?u=you. Drop it in your email signature, a bio, or send it straight to someone you're trying to meet with. Whoever opens it sees a calendar of your open days and the free slots inside them, with nothing already booked showing up as available.

03 · Get booked, get reminded

The moment someone picks a slot and enters their name and email, it lands in your Booked Appointments list and a confirmation email goes to both of you. A reminder email goes out before the meeting starts — no calendar app required on either end.

FAQ

+ Does the person booking need a Meridian account?
No — only you need an account. Anyone with your link can pick a slot and book without signing up for anything.
+ How are reminders sent?
Meridian sends a confirmation email the moment a slot is booked, and a reminder email before the meeting starts, to both you and the person who booked.
+ Can I change my hours after I've shared my link?
Yes, anytime from the Meridian home page. Changes apply immediately — anyone opening your link after that only sees the updated hours.
+ What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free gets 5 bookings a day on one event type; Pro gets 100 a day, plus multiple event types and priority support.
